TODAY WAS FUCKING AWESOMEEEE!!!!. I got up at 4:30 AM!!!… I went to sleep super early last night so I wouldn’t be tired to go for a run before work (I have to be at work at 6:30am everyday). I LOVED IT. Definitely gonna be doing it everyday. I feel like a real cross country runner again. It was amazing. Well I ran 4 and a half easy. Was about 8 min pace maybe 8:30 which was awesome...
